Sanjay Dutt

An engineer and an MBA, Sanjay has had a successful corporate career at organizations like Infosys, Accenture, A.T. Kearney, Wipro and P&G . He brings to Resonate a combination of business knowledge and a lived experience of complexity of team processes. He has played diverse roles spanning functional areas of Business Development, IT Services Delivery, Management Consulting, Production and Corporate Planning. His last corporate assignment was as Head of one of the 16 Profit Centers at Infosys where he led and managed globally dispersed clients and teams– first in the area of Financial Services and later in the area of Engineering Services.

During 18 years of his working life, he has focused on creating energizing visions, valuing individuals to create exceptional teams and leading them to extraordinary results. He finds the process of people discovering and unleashing their potential the most humbling and rewarding aspect of human enterprise.

The quest for facilitating and shaping the human change process has led Sanjay to be part of Resonate Consulting for past 3 years. His work as an OD consultant has included executive coaching, team facilitation, development centres and organization change management. The technologies Sanjay has leveraged are T-group, Appreciative Inquiry, Complex Adaptive Systems and Large Group/Open Space. His current areas of deeper exploration are Emotional Intelligence, Group Processes, Conflict and Transactional Analysis. Some organizations where he is currently partnering their Leaders in their personal and organizational quest for change are Colgate Palmolive, Ceat, SAP and Marketics (a WNS company).

Sanjay continues his passion to impact emerging business issues in advisory capacity. He is currently on the Board of a Structural Engineering Services outsourcing firm. He has co-authored Nasscom-BCG study on ‘Innovation in IT-ITES’ and Nasscom-BAH study on ‘Engineering Services Outsourcing’.

The industries that Sanjay has impacted during his career include Financial Services, FMCG, Manufacturing, Automobile, Aerospace and IT & ITES. Sanjay has lived and worked in the US and India. He is a graduate of IIT, Kharagpur and a post-graduate from IIM, Bangalore. He is also associated with professional bodies like ISABS and International Coach Federation.
